Changing the password to your property portal is easy.

Follow these steps if you forgot your password:

  1. Navigate directly to the Forgot Password page by going to ownwell.com/forgot. Or click “Sign In” in the upper right corner at ownwell.com, and select “Forgot Password” below the password field. 

  2. Enter the email address you used to create your account.

  3. Check your email inbox for an email with a reset link. Click “Reset Password”
    Please allow up to 5 minutes for the email to hit your inbox and check your spam folder. If you are still having trouble, submit a request
  4. Enter a new password.
    Passwords must be at least 8 characters. 
  5. That’s it! Sign back into your account to continue to enjoy your personalized property portal. 

 

Follow these steps if you want to change your password in the property portal:

  1. Sign into your property portal at ownwell.com/log-in.

  2. Once in your portal, click on “Account” in the navigation on the left side of the page, towards the bottom.

  3. In the Account Information section, enter your old password along with your new password. 

  4. Select “Reset Password” to reset your password.
