1. The signature must have enough pixels to register. Often, you can draw a bigger signature, or with more lines on it. Continue drawing your signature until it lets you submit.
2. If this doesn’t work or the issue is different, close your internet browser, open a new window, and go to Ownwell.com again.
3. If you are on a computer, try on a smartphone or tablet (or vice versa).
4. If you are still unable to sign: It's possible you are trying to sign on the pop up PDF Contract. Sometimes customers click on "Preview Agreement", which opens a new window that cannot be signed in. Confirm you're not doing this and instead make sure you are electronically signing on the last part of the sign up flow.
